2012 - 2015  Key responsibilities:

 

  • Drive a revenue number, forecast accurately and operate across Germany.

  • Responsible for all sales-oriented activities including marketing, advertising, promotions, training and other strategic Go to Markets activities.

  • Leverage multiple resources (e.g. Online Channel Manager in EMEA, Strategic Partner Team in EMEA, Marketing, Sales Engineering) across geographies to fullest advantage and guide Strategic Resellers to optimise sales efforts and reduce lead-to-sales time.  

  • Represent the company to the Market and the Strategic Reseller to the company through daily interactions, forecast reviews and quarterly business reviews with senior-level executives.

  • Negotiate agreements encompassing all key stakeholders in Google and the prospective partner.

  • Work within Google to ensure compliance with appropriate agreements whilst also driving specific activities that can help drive business.

  • Engage engineering and product to ensure appropriate API and process engagement to make the partnership succeed.
